A Deep Dive to the Heart of Things

A six-month virtual program that begins when you are truly ready to break free of the trauma cycles that trap you in empty, frustrating, dispiriting, and destructive relationships. We will map your healing goals during our initial conversation and then use the six months to zero in on the best strategies to recognize your triggers, regulate your nervous system, and reroute old patterns of attachment and relating. You will learn the neuroscience behind your pain and what you can do to achieve intense, beautiful healing.

    • Initial 100-minute goal-setting conversation

    • 18 Sessions (50-minutes Per Session); 3 per month for 6 months

    • 6, 15-minute immediate coaching support calls

    • Access to a digital resource library

    • Individualized homework to deepen and expand your learning

    • Email access for spot coaching in between sessions

Therapy & Coaching

Bundled session packages to meet a variety of needs. Available in three-session, one-month, and three-month packages (regular and intensive).

Virtual EMDR

When distress from past trauma remains, the disturbing images, thoughts, and emotions may create an overwhelming feeling of being back in that moment or “frozen in time.” Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy helps the brain process these memories and resume normal healing. The experience is still remembered, but the fight, flight, or freeze response is resolved.

Virtual EMDR is available to an individual who has or is currently participating in one of my other programs or packages.

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy

As one of the first clinicians in the country licensed to facilitate psilocybin sessions under Oregon’s groundbreaking regulatory framework for psychedelic-assisted therapy, I’m excited to offer this cutting-edge healing option to my clients starting in January 2024. Through carefully guided sessions and proper preparation and integration, the women I serve embark on inner journeys, tapping into the depths of their consciousness to confront and untangle emotional complexities.

“I came to explore the wreck.
The words are purposes.
The words are maps.
I came to see the damage that was done
and the treasures that prevail.”
